- Property details (type, size, heating system, energy spend)
- Energy usage and technology preferences you select in the assessment
- EPC data retrieved from government registers (Energy Performance Certificate databases)
- Usage data (pages visited, assessment progress) via anonymous analytics
Why we collect your data
- To generate your personalised energy assessment report
- To match your business with eligible grants and incentives
- To send you your report by email (if requested)
- To notify you of relevant opportunities
- To improve our service through anonymised analytics
Legal basis
- Consent — you submit the assessment form voluntarily and consent to data processing
- Legitimate Interest — improving our service and following up on completed assessments where requested
Third-party services
- Supabase — EU-hosted database that stores your assessment data
- Resend — email delivery (sends your report and notifications)
- PostHog — EU-hosted analytics for anonymous usage tracking
- Vercel — hosting (serves the website)
We never sell your data to installers, brokers, or anyone else.
Cookies
We use a PostHog session cookie for anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
